    Good afternoon Shark Families! We have a long email so please read carefully.
    Our meet is about 20-30 min away.  Below is the address.

    *parking lot is small so please park along streets avoiding driveways. 

    8:00 am Check-in with Coach Ruth 

    8:30 am Warm ups ***There will be a parent meeting at this time to discuss the future of the team led by Brent Fisher. Our team received correspondence from our HOA which will be shared at the end of this email. The community of Oaks is changing and we need to work with the HOA to keeping it alive. Please review to help come up with ideas to keep the Swim team going.

    8:50 am Ready Bench line up for Events 1-10 

    9:00 am Meet Start 

    VOLUNTEERS: We need 8 Timers, 2-3 Ready Bench and 2 Judges. Ref will announce when Timers & Officials ready meeting will occur.

    CONCESSIONS Bkft tacos, coffee, water, fruit and asst. snacks. Please bring small bills

    Now for the Team Business
    From HOA BOARD:

    The starting blocks are able to stay in The Oaks’ storage unit in the cabana due to the weight and delicacy of them.
    All swim property like the lane lines, kick boards, pull bouys and any other swim team related property needs to be out of the storage unit in the cabana by July 31st. The locks will be rekeyed on Aug 1.

    Additionally, any discussion about the future partnership with the Maverick Swim League, the board you are forming, etc needs to be discussed at The Crescent Oaks next Board meeting on July 26th at 630pm. We are not going to meet privately with you at this time to discuss the swim team board or what next year’s commitment looks like.
