Good Morning,

Here is the Heat Sheet for tomorrow morning.  Either you can bring your own copy or purchase at the Meet.

Please arrive at 7:00 am, warm-ups are at 7:15 am for our team. 

There will be a concessions stand with Taco Cabana Breakfast Tacos for $2 and Starbucks Coffee for $1 as well as other items such as donuts, fruit, baked goods, chips, Gatorade, etc.

If you were not able to signup for concession donations please know we are still in need of bagged chips and baked goods (individually wrapped in order to sell).  Thank you!

Remember to bring sunscreen, goggles, & a sharpie.
